OK, I had to test this for myself and I got it to work. It requires two things. 1. Copy the mjusbsp folder from a working install on XP or Vista to the C:\Users\YourUserName\appdata\Roaming folder in Windows 7.

2. You have to start it the no splash way to get it to load. Otherwise, you will get an error that it’s not plugged in.

“C:\Users\YourUserName\appdata\Roaming\mjusbsp\magicjack.exe” /scf _magicJackPersonalDataRoot X:\magicJack

Just substitute your username and your drive letter for X.
