hi. my husband and i looked at your model houses yesterday. Your guarda were very friendly and accomodating especially the agent named micheal. we are very interested with the carmella model. Is this house available through pag ibig financing? If it is how much will be the total cost if we want the shelving found in the model houses to be installed in the unit that we may purchase? hello mam gud eve.. the shelving isnt included .. and i dont have idea on pag-ibig financing as of now.. iif your opt for pag-ibig, you have to work on the processing.. where-as bank financing, camella will help you on processing.. so,. is michael your agent?
